IES Txurdinaga Behekoa BHI ikastetxeak, bere hezkuntza-eskaintzaren barruan, Dekorazio Lanen Proiektu eta Zuzendaritzako goi-mailako ziklo bat du. Eskaintza eleanitza da. Ikasleek, Euskal Autonomia Erkidegoko bi hizkuntza ofizialez gain, ingelesa erabiltzen dute gaitasunak eskuratzeko.

Nazioartekotzeko estrategiak hezkuntza-komunitate osoan eta, horrela, ingurunearen ingurune soziokulturalean eragin handia izango duten programa eta jarduera batzuk jarri nahi ditu abian.

Hona hemen gure erakundean finkatu beharreko helburu nagusiak:

• Ekitatea eta kolektibo behartsuen inklusioa bultzatzea.
  
• Ikasleen hizkuntza- eta lanbide-gaitasunak hobetzea, lan-merkatuan aukera berriak irekiz.
  
• Beren gizarte-trebetasunak hobetzea, heltzen lagunduz, eta, beraz, etorkizuneko enplegagarritasunean eragin positiboa lortzen lagunduz.
  
• Europako kide izatearen sentimendua indartzea, eta beste herrialde kide batzuekin harremanak estutzea, beste bizimodu eta kultura batzuetan txertatuz.
  
• Goi-mailako hezkuntzako ikasleen mugikortasuna pixkanaka handitzea, enpresetan praktikak egiteko.
  
• Europako herritarrak prestatzea. Aurreko helburuez gain, gure ikastetxearen modernizazioa bultzatu nahi dugu, gure ikastetxean ematen den goi-mailako heziketa-zikloko lanbide-sektoreekin lotutako I+Gko punta-puntako enpresa eta/edo unibertsitateetara ikasleen eta irakasleen mugikortasuna erraztuz. Zentroko gainerako langileen mugikortasuna ere erraztuko da. Mugikortasunaren ondoren, ikastetxeak eskuratutako ezagutzak eta praktikak zabaltzeko jardunaldiak jarriko ditu abian ikastetxean, horrela, onurek hezkuntza-komunitate osoan eragina izan dezaten. Interesgarria da, mugikortasunaren bidez, ezagutzak eta teknikak bi norabidetan partekatu ahal izatea, inplikatutako estamentu guztiei mesede egingo dien ezagutzaren Europako esparru bat sortzeko.

After obtaining the ECHE charter in October 2022, IES Txurdinaga Behekoa BHI begins a new stage with internationalization as part of its educational program.  This is the first step to start working on European projects from the educational institution.

From there, participation in the Erasmus+ program begins in order to improve the learning of our students of the higher level training cycle by working on European exchange and training projects. It is about establishing agreements with companies linked to the professional sectors related to the professional family taught in our educational center and, therefore, our host partners will be the final partners that will host our participants, both students and teachers, and, as far as possible, we will receive and host participants from their institutions.

This will strengthen the ties between the institutions and other types of activities can be organized for the benefit of the educational community, such as intercultural visits, technical and training visits that improve the employability of our students, exchanges of know-how between different professionals that favor the flow of knowledge and, of course, achieve an improvement in language skills.

In addition to promoting mobility to culturally and historically close areas, we would also like to promote mobility to professionally innovative areas that bring innovation in the training received by our participants, as a way to modernize and internationalize our institution.

The center IES Txurdinaga Behekoa BHI has, as part of its educational offer, a higher grade cycle of Projects and Management of Decoration Works. The offer is multilingual. In addition to the two official languages of the Basque Autonomous Community, students use English to acquire skills.

The strategy for internationalization aims to implement a series of programs and activities that will have a significant impact on the entire educational community and, thus, on the socio-cultural environment of the environment.

The main objectives to be consolidated in our institution are the following:

• To favor equity and the inclusion of disadvantaged groups.
  
• To improve the linguistic and professional skills of the students, opening new opportunities in the labor market.
  
• Improve their social skills, helping them to mature, and therefore, achieve a positive influence on their future employability.
  
• To reinforce the feeling of belonging to Europe, and to strengthen ties with other member countries through their integration into other ways of life and culture.
  
• To achieve a progressive increase in the mobility of higher education students for internships in companies.
  
• To train European citizens. In addition to the above objectives, we intend to promote the modernization of our center by facilitating the mobility of students and teachers to companies and / or leading universities in R & D related to the professional sectors of the higher education cycle taught in our center. The mobility of the rest of the center's staff will also be facilitated. After the mobility, the center will set up in the center days of dissemination of the knowledge and practices acquired so that, in this way, the benefits will have an impact on the entire educational community. It is interesting that, through mobility, knowledge and techniques can be shared in a bidirectional way in order to create a European knowledge space that benefits all involved parties.
